We are just off three popular long-distance walking routes – the Northumberland Coast Path (part of the North Sea Trail), St. Oswald’s Way and St. Cuthbert’s Way and are always happy to welcome weary walkers.
We have also marked several short walks (30 minutes to an hour) around the farm – where you can enjoy some of the peace and quiet here, and spot some local wildlife.
The Cheviot Hills (part of Northumberland National Park) can be accessed from Wooler (a 15-20 minute drive away) and there are plenty of short walks in the more immediate vicinity too, including short routes around Holy Island - there is more to the island around the north and east sides than just the village itself.
